Shipping Procedures:
Alqudsjewelry.com ships most of our orders using UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on your service area and the availability of your item. Alqudsjewelry.com does not allow any returns on items purchase online. There is an exchange only policy available up to 7 days from purchase date. Items can only be exchanged if returned in same condition, unworn and not damaged. We do not allow returns or exchanges on custom orders or engraved orders.
