All orders are securely shipped and fully insured via UPS. Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the insured value of your items, quantity, and the selected shipping speed (Standard, Express, or Overnight).
Because of the high value of gold and diamond jewelry, we strictly require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely into your hands.
Please Note: Alquds Jewelry is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier (UPS) after the package has left our showroom. Any disputes regarding delivery delays must be handled directly with UPS.
For your security, we will only ship to the Shipping Address verified during checkout via PayPal. Orders flagged for very high risk by fraud detection may be automatically canceled and refunded.
