What purity of gold do you sell?
We specialize primarily in high-karat Middle Eastern gold, specifically **21k and 18k**. All of our
gold is stamped and guaranteed authentic. Some specific items or custom pieces may use different
purities, which will always be clearly stated in the product description.
How are your gold prices calculated?
Our gold prices are tied directly to live global metal market rates. This ensures you are always
getting a fair, transparent, and accurate market price. The final price of an item includes the
market cost of the gold weight plus our craftsmanship (making) fee.
Do you make custom Name Plates?
Yes! Custom nameplates are one of our specialties. We can craft them in both English and Arabic.

Do you charge sales tax?
As we are based in Illinois, a 10% sales tax is collected on orders shipped within Illinois.
**Orders shipped outside of Illinois are tax-free.** Additionally, all investment-grade "Coins &
Bullions" are entirely exempt from sales tax by law, regardless of the state.
What payment methods do you accept?
All of our payments are processed securely through PayPal. You can check out directly using any
major Credit or Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex), Apple Pay, or by logging into your
PayPal account. You do **not** need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.
