Shipping Procedures:
Alqudsjewelry.com ships most of our orders using UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on your service area and the availability of your item. We cannot be responsible for late deliveries or missed deliveries. You will receive a tracking number to your email as soon as your item ships which will allow you to track your delivery status. However under normal circumstances, your items should arrive within 5 to 7 days. In case your item is out of stock or on backorder, you will receive an email giving you a timeline on your delivery. All deliveries require a signature. International deliveries are on a different timeline depending on the country. The buyer will be responsible for any customs or duties depending on the country.
RETURNS:
Alqudsjewelry.com does not allow any returns on items purchase online. There is an exchange only policy available up to 7 days from purchase date. Items can only be exchanged if returned in same condition, unworn and not damaged. We do not allow returns or exchanges on custom orders or engraved orders.
